Stevenson Ranch Tract (Phase 1) – Project Notification Flyer

Public Works will be performing pavement preservation work within the Stevenson Ranch area to improve the condition of the roads and extend the life of the pavement. The work will consist of cape sealing the roadways as indicated on the attached notification. Also attached is a location map with the limits highlighted. This notification will be handed out/mailed to the businesses and residences in the vicinity of the project. Additionally, message boards will be placed one week in advance to alert residents and commuters of the upcoming project and to expect delays during construction. This project is scheduled to begin on August 3, 2020 and be completed by September 4, 2020. The working hours are between 7:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. The road is expected to be partially open and traffic will be flagged during construction. The work will be performed by a contractor.
