Draft Program EIR now available for review

The County invites interested parties to provide written comments on the Draft Program Environmental Impact Report for the Los Angeles County Draft 2045 Climate Action Plan (2045 CAP). The Draft Program EIR can be viewed or downloaded from the project website. A 45-day review period starts on May 25, 2022, and ends on July 8, 2022 5:00 PM.

The public comment period deadline for the Draft 2045 CAP is July 8, 2022 5:00 PM. Comments can be submitted via email to climate@planning.lacounty.gov. Please remember to submit separate comment letters for the Draft Program EIR and Draft 2045 CAP reviews. The Draft 2045 CAP can be viewed or downloaded from the project website.
