Assemblywoman Pilar Schiavo, in partnership with Bright Star Martial Arts and the North Valley Family YMCA, invites you to join us for a free Self-Defense Workshop focused on practical skills that can help you stay aware, respond confidently, and protect yourself in an emergency.
This hands-on workshop will be led by Jean Morrison, a 5th Degree Black Belt with more than three decades of experience teaching practical self-defense techniques.

Ages 12+ are welcome.
Please wear comfortable attire and closed-toe shoes. Free parking is available on-site.
This event is free, but space is limited. Please RSVP to reserve your spot.

The workshop is designed for everyday people. You do not need any martial arts or self-defense experience to participate.
